| The Matrix DIN Rail Mounted Dimmer will control incandescent lighting loads up to 700 Watts including Low Voltage Halogen. It can be controlled using a Matrix Interface Module or manually overridden by using a momentary action switch which phases through the full dimming cycle. Once the required dimming level has been set, the DD700 will store it and automatically return to that level when reactivated. The DD700 is a Triac based leading edge dimmer and is therefore compatible with most low voltage transformers. It is recommended that prior to installation, compatibility with the selected low voltage transformer is tested. The DD700 is not recommended for use with lighting loads of less than 60 Watts. Due to the possibility of cross interference between multiple DD700's. They should not be mounted directly next to each other on a DIN rail. |
